About Amy
Amy grew up in a “treehouse,”
as her grandma called it, where you could look directly into the canopy of a tree from any window on the second story. Surrounded by the natural splendor of God’s creation, she explored the colors and textures of mud, leaves, and moss.
From a young age, Amy expressed her love of life through art. She was also blessed to be surrounded by many skilled teachers. Through their guidance she explored numerous diverse forms of art and completed her Bachelor's in Fine Art from Dordt University in 2020.

Amy is still captivated by the mystery and wonder of God’s creation. Art, for her, flows from her experience of the world. To create, she must re-awaken her awareness of the world around her, the people beside her, and the Spirit within her. It is her joy to share that inspiration with others and give thanks to God who gives life and meaning to it all.
